Common questions

How do I play?

Open any game and tap … then Rules for the full rules, with pictures. In short: one player picks a circle in secret, the other guesses which. A right guess scores its number for the guesser; a wrong one scores it for the picker. Wins in a row multiply.

How do I play a friend?

Tap New game, then Invite a friend, and send them the invite. They tap Join game and type the four-letter code. After your first game together, they're in Friends, and Play again starts a new game with them directly.

I'm not getting notifications.

Check that notifications are on for MindNumb in the iPhone's Settings app (Notifications → MindNumb), and in MindNumb under Me → Settings. You won't be notified about the game you have open.

How do free games and Unlimited work?

Every account can start 10 online games for free. Joining a friend's game, playing the computer and the daily board are always free. Unlimited games is a one-time purchase that removes the limit for good.

I bought Unlimited but it isn't unlocked.

Go to Me → Settings and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought it with. If that doesn't work, email me.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are too: reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I report or block someone?

In a game, tap … for Report or Block. Or press and hold their name in Friends. Blocking ends any game in progress with them and keeps them out of your games; unblock under Me → Settings → Blocked players.

How do I delete my account?

Me → Settings → Delete account. The Privacy Policy explains what it removes.
